I still have my story book in my garage... it's falling apart but I can't let it go.

I loved that story book. I still remember getting it from Scholastic at school and the long walk home before I could open it up. I am pretty sure that book disintegrated from being opened and poured over too much.

I just came across all three (HC A New Hope and SC Empire & Jedi)at my parent's house a couple weeks ago and passed them onto my 7 year-old son. I never even dreamed that they were still around. The Hard cover is still near mint, Jedi is in very good shape and I noticed that like the 8 year-old dumb-*** that I was in '80 - I wrote my name right on the front cover of TESB.

There were few highpoints to a kid's school week better than knowing your Scholastic book order was arriving. My son still gets Scholastic at his school and it really hasn't changed.

And back to DV - it's a definite buy for me. I had to sell my SS New Hope Ex a couple years ago and can't wait to have Vader back in my collection.

Just curious... why will you be buying Malgus? Did you enjoy the game a lot?

If not... do you mostly collect Star Wars?

Yeah, I collect only star wars. LOL I will get Darth Malgus because another Sith is always welcome in my collection. I didn't play the game I heard it was bad. But the character of Malgus looks really BA. Oh, I did watch those in game cut scenes on you tube...pretty cool stuff.

you mean with the saber and hand as one piece? I disagree. tried messing with the brightness and contrast levels to get a better look, but the image resolution is too low. but even then, it does look like two seprate pieces.
We'll knowin a few days.... possibly even today. after all, it is Revenge of the Sixth.

But the teaser was a year ago! And we saw a proto at SDCC12. December release would put us at over a year and a half of production to shipment of the final product. I actually see a Holiday release.

I'll be very surprised if that happens. I'm expecting it to come out Spring next year.
