That would seriously hurt my plan to get two of these (1 to display with Hot Toys Bespin Luke and 1 to display with the Sideshow bounty hunters).

Except we wouldalready know if he had a light-up saber. While I agree with you about the pricing IF he had those wasteful things, he's been in development for FAR too long to have one. Thankfully. becuase they look like poo

This is my thoughts as well. I don't think sideshow will try the justification of " He's Vader, lets charge more becuase we can"
I think it's FAR more likely sideshow will go " He's vader, we can do a MUCH LARGER EDITION SIZE" Betting vader breaks 5000 total units when the time comes for them to announce it. Why? Becuase he's vader.
