I absolutely want a McQuarrie Vader.

I'm trying to stay really focused but it would be difficult to turn that down.

Doubt his helmet allows for it to bend forwards or back much (just look at the neck -- you'd have to cut into his chest to allow it to lean forward). Great pose, though, and the figure looks really good. Like the drape of his robes, too.

Vader looks amazing! I hope he's in the coming soon on the newsletter. Gathering the money for him now just sucks I have to cancel on Malgus. Can't have both but Darth Vader just wasn't going to slip past me. I seriously can't wait for this.

Someone mentioned earlier that the Empire/Jedi dome was cast from the ANH dome. The film props I mean. I was wondering if a Vader expert in here could tell me why the ANH dome seemed so huge in comparison then? Was the mask smaller? Also, what exactly are the differences between Empire and Jedi Vaders?

Someone's said otherwise, but I remember hearing a doco say the helm for anh was to big and was redone for esb. Cause I remember the first time I watched esb I thought vader looked weird

Yeah, that's what I though too, ANH always looked huge. So I'd be surprised to hear it was the same dome, or from the same mold.

Now I understand why SS has Vader always looking slightly up b/c it seems like the figure is limited looking down.
I am also waiting for more pics showing the head and neck area. Hopefully the head and neck blends better than SS Major Bludd.

I thought those were only on the reveal collars. The actual costume didn't have that. Someone will correct me if I am wrong.
