Ordered the Ex! But didn't put my reward points for it. Would SS let me add it if I decide to later on or do I have to cancel and re order?

Had to cash in my reward points to justify this buy... I feel dirty now.

I guess that's a way of making sure you keep the order if you don't want to lose your Reward points.

You'll have to cancel and re-order to use Reward Points.

I wouldn't use Reward Points on anything you aren't completely sold on, as you'll lose them if you cancel.

Thanks! I own all the Ex but collecting has changed. May get regular if I can get it for waaaay cheaper.

Ordered the EX. With the hope that they'll tweak it a bit before final production. :/

Would you guys have bought this if they used the same head sculpt design from the version 1 statue? Assuming it didn't look awkward and giraffe like. :lol

I think that would go a long way to improving this figure.

You can futz with clothing and gear to great effect, but the headsculpt is pretty much set in stone unless you're a sculptor or someone (here, maybe?) casts a custom.

I am hoping not.

I am starting by hoping that the figure still sells well.

And if not, I am hoping that Sideshow simply makes some adjustments to avoid future problems.

I think it'll still sell out eventually.

I preordered the ex. I'm keeping the faith with Sideshow - they've improved products between preview and release. They can do it this time. And products usually do look a lot better in hand.

If all else fails, I do like having the official product, but if someone here casts a nice replacement head, I will probably end up buying it.

Someone make a custom or an interest thread! Quick! We want Snake Eyes ballistic mask with goggles in 1/6! NAOH! :D

I ordered, only because I need Snake-Eyes, and hoping that they tweak the mask, add some kneepads, and slim down the sweater/upgrade the shirt like the statue.

I feel dirty too, using my reward points to bring it below the $200 so I feel I got at as a "deal".

Never ever use RP unless you have enough to pay for it in total. You do not earn RP when you use RP. Say something costs $200. Normally, you'd get $10 worth of RP from that purchase. If you use, say, $50 worth of RP to make it a better "deal" then you are throwing away $7.50 worth of RP.

Exactly. While it's hard to wait and stockpile up Reward Points, I used my Reward points to get both Hot Toys BSAA Jill Valentine and RE: Alice gratis. Prior to those two, i didn't think and used reward points to save some cash, but missed out on about 800 reward points total.

However, I do understand the desire to use the reward points to save out of pocket, but I only use my reward poiints in full.

Lately I haven't been using my reward points wisely, but in the past I paid about $30 shipped for venom and Lara Croft snow day comiquettes, that feels awesome.

SO pretty much we can have two snakes out of this one ,with the extra head ..that's pretty much what sold me that and that extra puppy timber.. dont like the knee pads too much but can custom him later on..
