In all fairness he looks fine as an actual figure, it's just I'm ________ over the price, accessories, and lack of value.

Ha ha, I'm not about to die on the battlefield of "this is a good value." I'll pretty much leave those criticisms alone.I just think its unfair for so many to label it a total rehash or mostly kitbashed.
I specifically pulled that picture from the Cool Toy Review photo gallery which I believe is known for have some of the best figures pics around. It ain't unflattering, its the figure! That pic perfectly showcases how dopey the old 1/4 scale visor looked and how wimpy his shoulders and arms were. The first pic looks like young Steve Rogers dressing up as SE for Halloween and the second pic is all SNAKE EYES.
And regarding the new one, I've said that the new visor/Timber setup is indeed a home run. Or awesome if you prefer.

Those are great pics but still showcase the first figure's need for meat on his bones and a better visor.

Yeah that's a Pro. The concave gut gives it away.
By the way its a known fact that KD's photography will make even the crappiest of figures look cool and better looking than their respective prototypes. All that means is that SE v2 will look 10 times better once he gets a hold of one and will put those previous pics to shame.

Maybe the site is well-known for good pics, but that's B.S. Khev. I HAVE the figure and in hand it looks awesome!
I don't care if he's a bit thin - he's a ninja, not a bodybuilder.
Anyway, just fix the goggles, at least, Sideshow.

True, but he should have at least some lean muscle. Snakes looked pretty damn wimpy.
See that's the thing. Pics of other joes at cooltoyreview aren't "crappy." They just show the figures as they are.
