Sideshow Snake Eyes and Timber 1/6th Figure Set

Well, after 10 minutes of going back and forth, I finally closed my eyes and hit the order button on this...My first actual order with SS...But if Im gonna buy it, I want that second Timber sculpt, so I needed the exclusive...Once I get him, I'll probably swap out my black Firefly head for the goggled headsculpt...Unless SS does in fact fix the issues...

No they wont Sideshow doesn't care.

How does Sideshow not care? They went back and corrected Timber and gave us a new Snake Eyes on a better body and that's just this figure. When we complained about the buck body they created the pro, when we complained about paint apps they vastly improved them. The made changes to the Viper and Firefly when we gave them constructive criticism and that's just in the G.I. Joe line. I'm so tired of people making BS blanket comments like this.

This is really disappointing. The goggled head looks like leatherface or some other horror movie villain, and the clothing is much too bulky. The reg Timber portrait is so docile looking. I've seen domestic dogs with more intensity that don't even bite. This seems to be "pet therapy" Timber.

I agree that giving him plain goggles instead of something built into the mask for the commando version really takes away from the special something that makes him "Snake Eyes."

Almost all the Hasbro figures/art made it look like he had some funky unique mask, not just goggles over a balaclava like someone out skiing.

I figure they'll have to be glued down. Can't have collectors pulling off the goggles to look at his eyes.

Pre ordering is kind of the opposite of hoping for changes, its a big flag saying "GO" unless you contacted them directly and told them you're ordering and that you're hoping it doesn't look like what you ordered???
