I know it was mentioned, but Im wondering if you can remove the goggles off this head and replace them with "in scale" goggles...I dont assume they're molded into the mask itself...

Matt

They're separate, but most likely will be glued in place.
It's a stupid move because making both the visor and goggles separate pieces would allow us to replace them or switch them between the two different head sculpts as we like. Customization is important in this hobby, for $200 we should at least be able to switch the eye pieces.
All they would need is a shared peg/hole system.
But I doubt Sideshow thinks that way.

to show the snake eyes in new movie for idea's on maybe custom from new one or hope we will probably get this movie version later on...next time i guess i'l stick to movie thread to post MOVIE previews ...sorry:slap

I rarely check the Movie/TV sub forum as well as the too numerous other sub forums, so I appreciate it!
I like the new movie's Snake Eyes more then the first, but I don't think I would want that as a Sideshow figure.

I think it would be realy cool if we could get the black body down for him with no shirt style w/body painted black ,like someone said a cross between the batman body but muscular type with out looking like a rubber body......

i never thought about both visors bein interchangeable ...yes they should have done that idea....

So basically a muscle True Type body with sculpted cloth painted black?
Hasbro already tried that in 12". I know it might be more acceptable if it was sculpted on the same level as Hot Toys, but I wouldn't buy it.

what type of body would anyone recomend for this so the head will fit ..i think any sideshow body but i no thier is better choices people use for thier customs..any advice thank's....

Saturday toys; maybe dragon. With that sized head, it will be proportional.

I think if the head was the same shade as the jacket, sweater and pretty much everything else; it wouldn't look as pin headed.

I think they are. I think it's just weird lighting that makes them not look like they are. The light's reflecting off of the paint while being absorbed by the jacket and other clothes.
