I just asked our local dealer if I could order this figure and he said that it's already in transit. Quite confusing, seeing that SS website says ETA is December.

I think so, and I hope he is. I'm loving these Joes that I got 3 in a week, and lots of my Hot Toys POs are coming in. Damn this hobby is addicting. Snake Eyes arriving by December would give me some breathing room.
