I had one on flexpay waitlist and got offered the ex. My question is though how can they all of a sudden "find" some more, don't they have a tracking system.

Man I'm guessing a lot of folks are getting it to flip or trade bait. This sucks

I was offered an Ex today too, with orders being filled on a first-come, first-served basis - no word yet if I got it but it'd be pretty sweet if I do.

is there r chances to get spidy for all?? as they cancelled waitlist first n then send offer email

They didn't find them... I bet these are all the returns that sideshow have been sitting on for a while. Prob just waiting for the heat to die down from the unhappy customers.
It wouldn't look right if Sideshow were converting waiting lists but no longer offering exchanges...

when can they confirm that its available n booked as order?? i m waiting for email well email says reply until wed 5pm pacific time. so we will get confirmation after that........

I am glad i have been able to get Spiderman comiquette reg version. I come from Europe and i had to pay 400 euro, and i thought it was too much. Now i see him on ebay for 600-700 euro ( $900-$1000) and thats the reg version. Hey guys i meant to ask, if u heart any news concerning superman batman pf's from dc line. I have seen some sketches from comic-con this summer, but since then nothing.....

that's how sideshow rolls, expect 3-4 DC PFs a year. You probably won't see BATMAN or SUPERMAN PF til sdcc 2012.

SS said they had 2 PFs in the can when they announced the license, I'm guessing they are starting off with batman & the joker
