Re: Sideshow Spider-Man Comiquette

Anybody knows if there is a video of a repainted one?

I have mine with the famous thick and irregular lines and I am considrering an overall repaint.

If anyone repainted it please let me know to see how it ends looking with the new paint.

Thanks

Re: Sideshow Spider-Man Comiquette

He did the same flat face for the hulk vs spidey dio but being a much smaller scale, it doesn't bother me as much

Well a lot of comic book artists do the flat face thing, but it shouldn't been done in 3D sculpts.... Makes him look like he has a flat face...lol

Re: Sideshow Spider-Man Comiquette

The pose is all wrong. The webs came out of the top of his hand

When he had the symbiote, yes because it was organic, but after Reed Richards separated him from it, Spider-Man had a cloth version black costume with his regular web shooters, the one Kraven eventually stole and masqueraded in during Kraven's Last Hunt. The same one Spidey used again years later in the Back in Black storyline. So if it's the cloth version, it's regular web shooters.

Re: Sideshow Spider-Man Comiquette

LOL, we all know Spidey's MO...since he was late to the game:

Every older piece he couldn't get his hands on - "Sucks, too many flaws, they'll make a better version" !!

Every new piece he can preorder - "OMG, greatest sculpt Ever. A Winner" !!

Re: Sideshow Spider-Man Comiquette

Spidey never said this sucked he actually said it was awesome. The only thing he mentioned was the nose but so did a few others. No big deal :dunno
