The BIGGEST reason for me as to why I passed on Medi and am looking forward to this is the accuracy of the 'eyes'. They sit low like the real helmets. Medi's are incorrectly right up to the brim.

I thought both were correct. Medi's is the ROTJ stormie and SS's is the ANH stormie.

Medicom's Stormtrooper helmet is a combination of several styles instead of just one. That's one of the main reasons why I never bothered to get one.

It is a very nice piece, for sure. The SS looks pretty darn excellent...!

I can't imagine why this would get delayed seeing as it was confirmed what we saw at SDCC was in fact a production piece.

I'm getting an exclusive stormie from SS and a regular from another retailer. I hate SS for adding all those VAT taxes plus the high shipping costs for European customers

Maybe they are pushing things back to wait for the global economy to improve. If that's the case they had better put it back about 5 years, maybe never with Brown "in charge".
