Same here, man! The base I could live with, but the new headsculpt is a deal breaker for me, especially when I really loved the older headsculpt for it, that looked like the Superman life size bust. That would've been my ultimate Superman statue! So sad they changed it. Now he looks too old for my taste and not much like Superman.
Hey, if you guys love it, great. I am more drawn to the MoS figure.

I just hope they fix that horrible Ex head but aside from that Comic Supes is the only way to go IMO. Reg sculpt is awesome.

Ill have comic supes, mos and reeves if they ever put him out. I would probably do the same with a batman pf line. I can't get enough of supes and bats

I like the comic PF and PO'd the EX day one, bu I'm in the same boat. Not in love with the head sculpts on the comic PF. I can't put my finger on exactly what is wrong with them, jut not the best interpretation of a Superman head/face that I have seen.
If I could take the MoS head and somehow put it on the comic PF, I'd be extremely happy. Not sure why all the hate for MoS PF, though...I think it looks pretty snazzy. I definitely would not say that the comic PF blows this one out of the water as others like to say.

Couldn't agree with you more. I think I'm the only one who actually likes the EX head but I wouldn't be displaying it anyways. The reg head sculpt, to me, is Alex Ross inspired and his interpretation IS superman.
Totally agree. I liked the initial headsculpt waaaay more than the one that's on it right now. If it looked like the LSB, it would've been an instant PO with no regrets/questioning behind it

Sorry, but to me the sculpt looks more like supergramps. He is at least early 50s. I prefer him in his mid 30s look. Its great for you if you like him that way, more power to you. He doesn't look bad, but I don't pay 400 bucks for something I am not completely wowed by.
Same here, man. As I said, with the old head I would even say its the perfect statue for me. I just love the portray of the life size and the old sculpt was almost exactly like it. Oh well... that way I get the MoS one, which I also look forward to, since I loved the movie.

Well to each their own. He looks awesome to me (except the Ex). Maybe they will wow us and give us an amazing Ex portrait without those idiotic worms. But the Reg sculpt looks like he's in his 30's-40 which is ideal imo. And as for the original PF sculpt on the Reg, I prefer this new version which just proves you can't please everyone.

Why would anyone want this cheap looking, liver-diseased Superman head sculpt over the EPIC head sculpt that's currently there. Yeah to each his own and all that **** but really Spidey is being nice about it, but you two @gipetto and @illbecumingonabat sound stupid. Just IMO. If you cant afford it dont talk as if you can. And really the MoS over comic? Like WTF
