Sideshow to Distribute Tonner figures

What's the usual price point on these?

I had Supergirl and it is a really beautiful headsculpt. The costuming was a little weak but not really terrible with the exception of the boots. I effing' hate zippers on boots that shouldn't have them. Anyway, Tonner dolls are, ya' know, dolls. Pretty darned nice ones in most cases.
I just wish he would do 1/6th. Tonner does some brilliant looking vintage style apparel I'd love to have for 1/6th scale figures. The fashion doll stuff from the forties and fifties would do pretty well I think with military and fantasy type collectors in addition to the regular "Pink Aisle" crowd.
And regardles of who they are buying from, I don't think anybody is being mislead on a Tonner purchase as far as what they get, and I think it's a good opportunity for both Tonner and SSC to distribute the product through this different avenue. I bet he sold a ton of product through the Previews catalog. This should be an advantageous partnership for both parties.

with SS being a distributor for every company it's no wonder their own stuff takes a while to come out. more power to them and the other companies are lucky to have them but SS needs to expand or something so they can spit out their own stuff. not complaining because i love having HT and Medicom available through SS but i'm a SS man and want my SS toys. ok, i'm through. oh wait, these Tonner things look like crap to me(IMHO). ok, now i'm through.

I tried to express my antipathy for the Tonner stuff in a remarkable way, but I couldn't do better than Gambit, hence the quote. How ever I don't mind SSC distributing Tonner stuff.

Necroposts are great, because you can see how long people have been dogging SS about getting out of the 1/6 game. This joke is 5 years old!!

These are approximately 1/4 scale.
