:lecture A true testament to Nathan's ability here...

How you can take something as pathetic looking as an AVP designed pred and make it look cool.

That is nothing but win in the talent contest my friend.

Marf your Indy and Evil Supes are AMAZING! Thanks for the video, very enjoyable to see it.
Major props to Nathan, simply speechless. Wanted an evil supes since I saw the original superman come out.
Its a shame that Indy sculpt is no longer available, defintely the best one i've seen.

I tried painting a custom action figure before but I cant get the right paints I got those testors enamel model paints but they dont work to well would taimya paints be the best way to go?

This is not a hobby for the impatient. It often takes a long time to fully assemble a figure. Especially if you're trying to have one of the top artists like SilentSurfer work on it for you. Sometimes it can take YEARS to put together all the components of a custom figure.

I always use acrylics. Enamel is a pain in the ass, hard to clean, fumes are harmfull, and doesn't mix well. The only enamels I use are Alclad II metallics. Acrylics are fine as long as you use good primer and sealer.

Thanks, the Acrylics wouldn't work to well and chip if you didn't seal them and prime them right? Also, doesnt the sealer have fumes in them to that could harm you?

I got one last question about the Acrylic paint's (and I dont mean to be annoying about asking all these questions im just curious) are'nt Acrylic's waterbased.

Some Acrylics are terrrible and when they dry they chip arn't folkart paints like that? (I lied im sorry because I siad that would be my last question but I guess not sorry)

Ok guys thanks and now I will use Acrylics instead of enamels but I may use the enamals idk what do you think I should do with them? Also, what is the best kind of Acrylic paint that is the cheapest and has good quality?
