Here's a fairly large and very heavy project. The Hulk is 11" tall, and weighs 9lb 3oz, and is based on this artwork.

Here's the sculpt by an unknown to me artist.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. HvW was a fun piece to do for a very high-end collector and friend of mine. Knowing the high standards he puts on what he collects, it's kind of an honor that he uses me to paint his stuff.

LITTLE CHAP! Sorry, I didn't bother taking high quality pics of this; just some quick shots before putting the display case cover back on.

A quick little between projects project. I had stripped the paint off of the little Konami Chestburster to find out that each segment was cast in a different color.

The first trick was to make both tail sections look like the same translucent color as the main body which was pretty right on for screen accuracy. With that accomplished, I added blood and silvered the teeth. The main body came out pretty well, but I wish I had done less is more on the tail, but it's still okay, especially since it's tucked back around the Big Chap's foot anyway. I almost wish I hadn't done the blood at all, but I wanted it to be more impactful the way people remember seeing it.

No, I don't want to do another Chestburster like this, so don't ask.
