Was it? I don't remember correctly. All I remember was that he wasn't that impressive and they had it out the entire show. That I know for sure.

All I know is I'm getting it. I've seen the detail they don't show, like the inside of the mask and all. Only Hot Toys could do it better, but even then maybe not much. Light years ahead of the first one.

If I remember correctly, the Vader shown at SDCC last year was a 'tweaked' version of the original vader release, it was basically just acting as a placeholder for the new Vader at the show.

I believe it was speculated given similarities between the helmet, body suit, cape, etc.

The weird thing is in the production pics for Vader there are clearly images of 2 different figures (obviously different body suits) so it's still unclear what exactly the figure is going to look like.

Not to mention there are no really good shots of the unmasked head.
