I'm looking forward to this. I haven't seen a truly scary movie in awhile. It has pretty good reviews so far. Has an 84% on Rotten Tomatoes :yess:
 
Just as I expected. The same old cliche' cheap jump scares and a crap twist and resolution that my friends and I all guessed 5 minutes in. How people actually find this rubbish scary is beyond me. Best horror in the last decade for me is still Eden Lake and that isn't even a horror film really.
 
Well, I finally got the chance to watch this movie!!
Unlike Ash, I did enjoy the heck out of this one!!
I am pleased that there was plenty of character development, and Ethan Hawke did a hell of a job IMO.
The concept is really creepy, and though the climax is a bit weak, the build-up is really awesome. Definitely one of my favorite horror movies this year... and it's been a good one for horror movies!
