It's funny you don't like the cheese and cornball antics in these films but you enjoy Michael Bay movies. :lol

I have not seen all of Moore's movies and have no intention of doing so. I don't like the ones I've seen so don't care to sit through all the others. But of all the ones I HAVE seen, "Die Another Day" takes the cake for being the worst of them all. And that's sad because I did like Brosnan as Bond. Especially in "Golden Eye."

Woah woah woah, now. I ****ing LOVE cheesy ****. LOVE IT. But it depends.

Bond didn't start off as being over the top and campy. It had an edge. Sure, Goldfinger brought in the laughs, but it never went to Moonraker, or DAD territory.

Bond should stay at a level. Leaning more towards dark, but dipping a foot in light.

Cheese is a good thing. Camp is a good thing. But not in my Bond.

:lol Diamonds was by far Connery's "camp" movie, not Goldfinger. :nono

I'm not arguing with this. But I thought you'd appreciate the sheer lunacy the way Nam seems to do with "Moonraker."

Oh I am aware. Hence why I said, Goldfinger brought the laughs. It was the first progression into a more humorous Bond. It was the perfect Bond movie, and set the standard. It still kept one foot firmly in the darkness, but did dip it's toes in the humor.

Diamonds ruined it. I really don't like that one.

I think my favorite one liner (kinda) was Goldfingers. No I expect you to die
