I hope Craig does one or two move of these flicks. He's my favorite Bond by far.

Was it just me or was Berenice Marlohes character the most depressing bond girl ever?

I don't think he's the one who thinks highly of them. :nono

But it does make you wonder how he made the leap from scat to TDKR, I wouldn't give TDKR that much credit. :lol

:yess:

Scat back up has arrived :lol

Bond needs a scene like this!

Ernest Stavro Voidfeld attacks Jyecat 007 and On Her Namjesty Secret Scat Service calvary arrives. :yess:

I thought he signed a seven film deal?

She was pretty somber, but damn, I'd be all over her in an instant... I loved the way Bond just walked right in the shower with her. :yess:

That was my only nitpick with the movie. That line didn't work. He does that kind of stuff, but usually not when a woman dies so terribly, and one he seemed to have actually liked.

Yeah that line didn't work for me either

It threw me off completely - I was looking for blood splatter to indicate she had actually died because from Bonds one liner it didn't seem like she had

I had no problem with that line. He was keeping his cool. Acting like it didn't phase him. Right after it happens there's a shot of him looking tensed up. Then he takes out all the guards instead of wasting his time with words about how bad Silva was for shooting Severine. Awesome scene.

I do think it could have used a quick shot after the helicopters came of Bond standing near her body and looking a bit morose because he failed to save her. Maybe then people wouldn't have thought he didn't care.

Don't know how you could think Silva didn't hit her with that close-up of the shot glass falling on the ground unharmed. I thought that was great.

Well from the shot itself it should have been obvious but his reaction threw me off so I found myself questioning it.

Anyway in the context of the film it was a fairly minor point.

even Connery wouldn't do that. It was out of character for any Bond.

Didn't affect the movie. It just....eh. Didn't work.

:exactly: You mean you don't think he should have broke down like a weeping schoolgirl over a girl he'd known for 30 seconds? :wink1:

Bond has watched women die before. He expresses concern, and moves on. He isn't entirely cold. Even Connery. Unless that woman was after him.

Remember Jill Masterson?

I don't think so.

I get that he doesn't need to freak out and cry....but eh, he did connect with her slightly. So I found it weird he said that.
