Im frankly surprised that about a month or so away and we don't have a lot of buzz in the 1/6 world for SkyFall? Darklord Dave made it sound like he knew something about Enterbay getting the lisence. Knowing that Barbera Broccoli made it clear she wants NO dolls made from now until the end of time I think that is unlikely plus we would have heard by now I think ...

Other than one custom artist there has been no recen slew of Craig heads or skyfall specific heads, no art figures or brothers production based figures... Maybe the film has to come out before that happens I thought the hype you'd have been higher there's a lot of Criags but only one or two good ones and no perfect ones. Now is the time...

If you are referring to Hot Toys then the sky has already fallen. :lol

Only when the in-hand pictures of Skywalker and DX-12 hit and then all the SW and Nolandverse nerds will pontificate, flagilate, annhilate, subjugate, and ruinate on what is and what will/could have been...

reality, like it or not:wink1:

i.e. They'll troll it's perfection in blatant denial that there are any inaccuracies in the likeness. :lol

Enterbay could release a body with a Daniel Craig head sculpt and a suitable wardrobe pack like they did with Matt Damon for Bourne.

I'm pretty sure that is exactly the opposite of what he meant. Particularly since both forums are pissing themselves over how the figures are not good enough (not that they know, because no one has them yet).

Stick around, you'll see what I'm talking about.:wink1:

I hadn't thought of that but I like the idea, I think of an Enterbay version of this figure and picture it in the beige suit from the trailer for some reason. I really think they could pull off the best representation... Better than hot toys for some reason.

I'd actually rather see HT release a new TTA or TTM19 with a Craig likeness. I doubt we'll see anything though. :(

If Barbara wants no dolls then she won't license it out for that.

Too bad -- looks like they finally have a potentially memorable villain. Could make a nice pair.

But you know in time the merchandizing will come. Certainly the unlicensed "Sky Spy" and "Blond Baddie" will come around thru Blitzway or Iminime or someone.

hopefully! this also NEEDS to lead to someone, iminime, whatever, doing a Connery set as well. But wait a minute here, Sideshow had liscensed Bond figures for years, so what's the problem with anyone else getting it now??

As of last year I think Barbera Broccoli declared there will be no humanoid Bond figures / "dolls" or otherwise ever until the end of time.

This was bride the corgi quantum of solace/ casino royale 6 inch figures were canceled.

Corgi is also to be the only official bond merchandise lisence holder ever too. Corgi is also sucky.

Its surprising that nobody ever picked up the Bond license after Sideshow, so there must be the licensing issues from making them happen. I do like the idea of an Enterbay/HT nude with 1/6 clothes that just happen to resemble a Bond outfit coming out at the same time though.

Ray the reason this never happened was because they never actualy had the rights. The company were very unreliable and unfortunatly they had big plans there was to be a 3.3/4" scale line with vehicles and a 6" Mcfarlane like collectors range i saw pics of some prototypes and a list of what could have been.
The sculptor who did the prototypes didn't even know that they didn't have the rights.this same company has gone bust several times and changed its business name at least 3 times.

Thanks ditch I actually didn't know the bit about the figures being made without a lisence. I can sort of see how that would piss off the 007 camp and hopefully that was not the sole reason for there being no bond figures anymore.

They have always been stingy with 007 figures though aside from the sideshow line there were only little vinyl Dragon statues of Pierce Brosnan.

I'm sure they would know it would make money I can't imagine the sideshow line did horribly and while crap now, for the time they were pretty decent.

For Skyfall I think that Enterbay might actually be the ones to get the most decent Craig likeness I feel that with so many heads not any of them have real decent likenesses out there for whatever reason I think that Enterbay can pull it off

Why in the world would EON not want licensed figures of Bond??????
