Indiana Jones...Crystal Skull made me re-evaluate Temple of Doom. In some ways it's aged better than Last Crusade.

The thing that bugged me most in Last Crusade was the treatment of Marcus Brody. I wanted to see more of Indy in his mentors who accompanied him in this film. There should've been a point where Marcus drops the bumbling fool facade and showed himself to be cut from the same cloth as Indy, fearlessly staring down a Nazi or two and then pulling a sidearm.

Also Donovan didn't really work for me as a formidable villain.

I love the hidden little Porg-opolis title... and pantsless Wasp.... and Kennucas' Metropolis rings... but who's breaking thru the glass?

There are many fans who feel that bumbling Marcus was the correct arc for him but i’m not one of them I agree with you.
