Only if you allow it.

No, Christian Bale acting as Batman did that on it's own.

Re: Han Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 25th, 2018)

Not the same continuity.

And what if WB said it was? You'd just bend over and take it or would you decide for yourself what was a "proper" continuation of what came before? You think any JAWS fan gives a rip about what Universal Studios says that Brody's wife did in the Bahamas?

Re: Han Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 25th, 2018)

So why weigh in on any studio decisions? Who cares if they don't leave well enough alone when you never cared for "well enough" in the first place.

Re: Han Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 25th, 2018)

Because it's annoying, obnoxious and unoriginal. These "A Star Wars Story" movies like Rogue One and this thing will never be "fun" like Star Wars used to be. Just an imitation, a knock off.

Yeah I find it annoying and obnoxious when films get made that aren't targeted toward me. It's not like I have the option of focusing on what I like and getting on with my life.

Yeah, this is what I do. I agree.

Every once in a while I like to make late, 3:00 in the morning rants about things that I think are lame or stupid though. It was a long week.

Graphic design and marketing.

Nope, I wish.

Re: Han Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 25th, 2018)

Is that what you do?

I can pick what I like and don't like, but when there is some kind of continuity, changes are annoying. You mentioned TDK, and well, I HATE the fact that Rachel looks and acts like a different person. Same with Iron Man 2, but I'm used to the new War Machine. I still prefer the original though.

And my favorite, Gordon's son Jimmy Gordon is a two year old in a high chair in Batman Begins (just like Year One), but then in The Dark Knight (taking place 8 months after Begins) he's a 10 year old kid.

I think Rachel's death would have had a little more weight if it had been Katie Holmes in TDK.

And War Machine/Rhodes would have been better with Terrence Howard. I don't like Don Cheadle at all.
