All I'm saying is, since you missed the point, since you have decided all Disney Star Wars movies are bad, don't be a masochist, Don't see them. just like I don't watch Transformers movies because they are garbage. It took me 2 Transformers movies to realize I would never like a Transformers movie. So instead of complaining about Transformers movies and ranting about how Transformers movies shouldnt be made, I accept that there are people that enjoy them and I just ignore the existence of Transformers movies.

I didn't miss your point. I agree. There are plenty of movie series and TV shows I stopped watching cause I no longer enjoy them. But that doesn't mean we can't be vocal about our displeasure with the direction our once liked & beloved movies (40 years worth) & TV shows took. Who wants to be part of one sided discussions? It's boring when everyone is each other. Isn't that diversity what makes things more interesting?

Those that like TLJ want to silence us cause they are tired of hearing we didn't like it. Just as those who didn't like it are tired of hearing those who wish to praise it. A never ending cycle that won't end as we both have the right and freedom to voice our opinion. That's the whole point of this forum. Just some people on BOTH sides at times choose to take those discussions in the wrong direction. If I do it's just out of fun.

And I love RO and still hoping Solo surprises. So in my opinion Disney has only squandered their new ST.

I wish it was that easy...... It's hard to let go of your passions after 40 years. Just ask addicts in rehab.

I think everyone on here is addicted to caring about and collecting this crap. Otherwise we wouldn't waste our time here. Most people in the real world don't get us...

That's my solution. Didn't mind TLJ but it made me realise that after the ST I'm probably done with SW.

Back on the topic at hand, it bugs me that Chewie has to be exactly 190 years old in this movie. I always thought him being 200 was an approximation or a conversion to human years, but no, they have to do everything literally.
