This is pretty frightening. Again, RO is the brilliant fluke in a now long line of mediocre-at-best Star Wars movies from the mouse. Starting to make the one-for-three prequels look better every day.

But in fairness, it's a whole lot easier to do a hard prequel to ANH - something that closely grafts onto ANH's iconic settings, characters and even storyline (and is set in the same week or month as the events of ANH) - than do something like a Han origin story where its kinda wide open, or for that matter create a new trilogy that is both connected to the OT but also takes it in new directions and is set 30 years later (so is also kind of wide open.)
As I've said, the smartest move for Disney would be to do a Rogue One type hard prequel that grafts onto ESB (ie set the week or month before the events of ESB and takes in settings, characters and storyline of ESB.)
I'm still going in to Solo with an open mind, despite the "cameo controversy" a few days ago and the review deluge.

You don't exist as an individual here - you're just one of the "haters" so whether you post, I post, or some other "hater" posts... it's all the same.
It's not xipotec's doing specifically - his post (linking me to a post I didn't make and didn't even comment on) is only the latest example.
Or recommence the... often-promised love/discussion (but not a whole lot actually delivered) and the hating haters (whole lotta that delivered.)

And thats just it. You make these boards not fun to go into because anytime I open a Star Wars thread in the movie section you pop up within 2 posts with another video clip/ KK is destroying SW/ my masculinity is always being threatened/etc posts which makes even visiting SW threads not enjoyable. It's constant, aggravating, and I don't think it's healthy.
