The Tara and Otto stuff is a whole bag of I don't care. I don't believe for a second she would have any sympathy or pity for this guy considering the wall she puts up when she's around other characters.

Otto is an example of Jax not making the hard call. Considering several other members of the club know about the RICO case I'm surprised nobody else has used their connections to take care of Otto. Clay wouldn't hesitate.

This is the best role Jimmy Smitts has had in forever. I hope he stays through next season.

The scene was very odd to me to. But when you think about the character's journey this entire time, she seems to be exhibiting behavior of just being almost completely numb at this point. I think she's emotionally broken or on the road to a complete emotional breakdown. In that context, the scene makes a little more sense (at least to me).
