He was fantastic in TDKR, as he is in most films.

Kebbell didn't have a great arc as Doom. The movie has no third act so Doom never really gets fleshed out. Same goes for the FF.

No, Ledger will never be bested. His Joker was and will continue to be the most iconic performance in a CBM and one of the most iconic cinematic performances of all time.

My main approach to posting on forums is blatant transparency. I subscribe to no bandwagons and represent my opinion first and foremost. If tomorrow the internet decides Batman (1989) is a bad movie, I'll continue to champion it as one of the greatest CBMs of all time. Not to be a contrarian, but rather because I think its a great ****ing movie.

In the age of the bandwagon, the sensible thing to do is form an individual opinion.

Nobody is jumping on any bandwagon. Fantastic 4 is a ****** movie and these movies are **** ideas plain and simple. I don't hate the ideas cause I want to be some cool internet guy I hate them cause I'm a fan of the character and tired of seeing them treated like **** for 10 yrs by a crap studio. I defended the asm Sony franchise way back cause I thought people did t give it a chance. Now years later I see Sony is just an incompetent studio who are looking for a franchise desperately

I am the epitome of the contemporary bandwagon culture. My opinion is solely comprised of generalized views on the CBM genre. I bashed Trank's FF because it was the cool thing to do. I watched (pirated) the movie JUST to bash it. I have no respect for the people who work on these films. I care more about popular opinion so when said popular opinion orders me to hate on this proposed SONY universe - I'm naturally going to hate it. I don't need to see any of the films to hate them. I already hate them. Even if they're great movies and it makes me sound irrational, its my choice to hate them.

The problem with people like the guy who made that video is that they're under the impression that Feige intends to delve into the extended Spider-Man universe and do it justice. That's a great misconception because neither part is true. What Feige has done with Spider-Man is turned him into an Iron Man wannabe. Feige is more interested in Spider-Man's eventual [pointless] Avengers membership than his own personal conflicts. Characters like Sable, Jessica Drew, Tarantula, Carrion, Kasady....they'd never see the light of day under the Marvel Studios banner.

Spider-Man like the X-Men benefits from having his own isolated universe. He's ten times more interesting when he's handling **** himself than when he's just Avenger #14.

The desire to see Spider-Man in the MCU always came from a misguided place. Fans are short-sighted when it comes to how films are made and produced. If Disney owned X-Men and Spider-Man we'd never get Logan, Deadpool, Legion or New Mutants. With Spider-Man, the same applies. Solo ventures for Sable, Venom, Ben Reilly and Spider Woman would never happen over at Disney.

Besides his own movies, he'd be great just for some cameos and stuff. So I'd still rather have him as a part of Marvel's own MCU than SONY raping him for profit rather than fan enjoyment.

Just watch the absurd NBA Finals commercials. That's rape and its all under Disney. They're making him look like an imbecile.

They own Spider-Woman. At one point they owned Cable, Cloak and Dagger, She-Hulk and Kingpin. They sold Cable to FOX while Cloak and Dagger & Kingpin went to Disney. Not sure what the deal with She-Hulk is now or who has her.

I agree with a lot that you say but she would be absolutely terrible IMO.

She hasn't been relevant for at least five years now and she's not a box office draw whatsoever.

Sony gives me hope that they will get some good actresses since they had Felicity Jones as Felicia in their last Spidey film (which I haven't seen) and apparently Anne Hathaway was in talks for Spidey 4 as Black Cat.
