an opened 12in wings of redemption spawn including shipping goes for around $50 on ebay (I watched two auction a few weeks ago). A non-opened one goes for more obviously, but I'm not sure how much more though b/c I havn't seen one actually sell yet. Id'e prefer an opened one and really only wanna pay $40.00 if anyone is interested.

Just finished watching the second half of Spawn on one of the movie channels. It's a bad movie no doubt but nevertheless I've always liked that movie in some strange way. Can't quite put my finger on it...

His damn cape was missing 95% of the film. Where the hell was it?

It's considered a figure, but it's basically a plastic statue. McFarlane started taking all the articulation out of his figures after awhile.

My favorite line was and will always be the viking ones. They were awesome.

The Dark Ages, yeah. I still contemplate buying all of them since they somehow manage to blow McFarlane's current figures away. Maybe we've been spoiled by true high-end, but Todd's offerings aren't what they used to be. Those were the days... lots of licenses, great paint apps, and incredible detail for such a small scale. Now all that's dwindled down to some decent Halo figures and piss-poor playthings from The Walking Dead.




Looking back on some pictures, I remember I used to have the Vandalizer from the 'Art of Spawn' line.

The figure was damn near perfect. I couldn't tell the difference between the prototype and what I held in my hands.

The Vandalizer looks more like a statue than a figure..before Todd,figures never had so much detail on them..he started it all..I missed those days

I took a departure from Spawn and toys for a while when he started releasing the series with the bikes. (Series 16 or 17?)

The mini-statues towards the later years are amazing. I hope to track down some of the Art of Spawn/Classics ones, but too bad shipping to outside of the U.S. is ridiculously expensive.

I manage to get the one where he's sitting on a throne of skulls late last year, gosh, that looked fantastic.

The seller didn't even remove the price tag from when he got it, can't believe you could get something that good for $16.99!

I use to have that one too where he sitting on a throne of skulls..I had it displayed surrounded by all the Art of Spawn figures..it made for a impressive display & the quality was top notch for these figures prices..once i started collecting Sideshow 6 years ago,I sold all my Spawn on ebay..if they would to take one of those figures and made it into a PF..I bet it would sell

The Spawn w/ Throne was my favorite! Incredible detail. I really miss that one too.

I have almost every Spawn figures ever made and it is quite remarkable how detail this statues are. I wish he continued the line then only doing sports line now.
