I was able to find pictures of all three and I have to tell you that the Venom figure looks like s&%t! What a disappointment for the upcoming movie. I expected more.

I think that's medis. On ebay there are some up with Japanese writing in the ad, and it looks to be Medicoms.

I know that people aren't big fans of the pleather Spidey suit but I really like them. I'm glad I have them all on order...the Red/Blue Spidey is definitely growing on me...

I'm not entirely sure anything changed other then the photography, Lighting, and possibly some digital adjustments of the images.
It's the same figure Sideshow photographed, just in a different light.

But the black spiderman for sure looks like a different pose.

They look like pretty much the same pics. I like the look of the figures, they just need to reduce the shine of the fabric and I'll be happy.

I think you're right after looking at em just now they look like the standard medicom relaxed pose pics.(more natural)
