I like the fact Stark is making his web shooters and costume for him. Best explanation so far in the movies for how he magically has a professionally tailored costume

Yes, it certainly makes more sense than a teenage boy being able to make expertly tailored suits in his bedroom that even a pro seamstress would have trouble producing in a high end workshop.

So far this costume gives me the amazing spider man vibes, and the one thing I hated about that figure are the dark blue outlines visible on the pants. Hopefully that doesn't make it through when Hot toys produce the figure. Also do Hot toys copy the actual costume design or do they go by how it looks in the movie with CGI and all?

It's an unrealistic concept and only works with organic web-shooters.
