The problem with Foxx Elextro is that it's a random and wasted casting. Electro's a literal nobody crook with some cool powers that virtually anyone can play. Why waste Foxx on it? Hell, what even is his version? You get Foxx and then you put prosthetics on him to turn him into a nerd stereotype from the 80s? None of it makes sense. I still see it as a wasted slot personally speaking. Foxx could've played many other more memorable roles. Same with Jude Law being wasted in Carl Manvers or Mikkelsen being wasted in DS. They didn't even think to bring him back as Dormammu's vessel or something. And, excuse me for bringing it up again, we're getting a literal nobody with subpar skills as Kang. I'm still so, so mad about this.
If you kill demented, sadistic serial killers, they win. Just lock them up until they escape for their Sunday Torture Session.
Part of Batman's idiocy is just the nature of ever-published comic books, but Jesus, the guy's probably the biggest moron in comicdom with how far they've taken his "rule" and trauma. It's sad and pathetic at this point.
Ghost Rider is literally the ultimate Mr. Moral Man. He kills with Divine Blessing and everything. He's not like Spawn who can kill whoever, GR's got rules and whatnot. And most of the time he just Penance Stares a guy and is done with it. He looks ultra-hardcore, but he's around Wolverine level of "gruff guy who's not actually /that/ bad".
Honestly, everyone in Marvel has killed one or two times at least. It just depends on the period and how popular the character is. The more they want to push them, the more pussified they make them so that they can sell toys to toddlers. The more niche they are, the more they can get away with.
