Had a shot at one of the Tick freebies, but gave up on trying to get the code to work minutes before the glitch was fixed and just missed it....

Hoping to possibly win something in the decoder or pumpkin contests, but there are a lot of great entries this year so we'll have to wait and see how that plays out.

Yeah, first time was a promo word hidden in a Mort comic strip, and of course again with the now infamous Freddy Decoder glitch. I'm pretty sure it was the regular edition in both giveaways.

I didn't know this thread existed, with the madness of Spook, I had a hard enough time keeping up with the main Spook thread, skipping pages at a time. To be gone for only two hours and find ten or twenty pages was daunting.

What'd two things did you preorder?

Pulled the trigger on Vampirella, long time fan since I first saw the Jose Gonzalez door poster in my comic shop as a kid. Also, Gollum was just not to be denied. I would have gone for Nosferatu, but two orders was enough with the new NRD. Maybe, just maybe, if there is an SSE.

I remember having to search for ticks in all the unmentionable areas after hunting with my father in the deep woods for a couple of days. And then, having to light a match to get them to back out of wherever they had burrowed into. Not pleasant.

I won the Darth Vader VCD, and Hot toys Whiplash (I actually won the Vlad PF, but traded Darth Madden for the Whiplash). While it is good for exposure for Sideshow, opening this thing up to a wider audience really made things tougher for people around here. And that is too bad...especially with how much money freaks spend at sideshow.
