can someone tell me why these figures are so overpriced?

That depends on your definition of overpriced. IMO the the Clone Figure looks to be worth the money. I sadly canceled mine because I wanted Fett a little more and I have some other stuff coming at the same time as this. If I have the extra money I will be getting one of these.

The pics look great. I cannot wait to get mine. It will be my 2nd Medicom figure, the Yoda was my first and I was very impressed.
