Yeah, I doubt it will go up for pre-order tonight. The Scout Trooper will go up tonight, Legolas maybe next week.

Unless they do like they did with the Aragorn p.f. , and have it go up same night as the Anakin p.f.

Why SS have so long time for pre order and make the PF statue??
This way SS will finish LOTR character maybe in 2030...

It won't. At most I think we'll get the offical teaser that shows an elbow or ear and says "Legolas Premium Format Coming Soon". Its a rarity for them to put something up without one of those.

I'm hoping it goes up for pre-order tonight too, but the more I think about it, the more it makes sense that a proper preview will be first. Although the preview should have been last week instead of there being nothing, but go figure.
