We've seen Hot Toys have to pull back on information for a figure after some serious hype (Like the Arnie from Predator) so maybe once the Legolas cat was out of the bag, New Line had some issue with it. A lot of threads have had some serious kvetching about the disparity between Prototype pictures and final Production pictures...maybe Sideshow is waiting to get a Production-Quality sample before showing us more pictures...
I am just grasping at straws, but still taking some comfort at knowing Legolas will be joining the collection at some point!

Well, they made a big deal about the reveal....and they still could have just done with Legolas what they did with the Hot Toys Dutch figure. Not show a picture until it is finalized.

He was already previewed a month ago, in the February 19th newsletter:

Our next 'The Lord of the Rings' Premium Format Figure has been revealed! To see which Fellowship member will soon be gracing Ringers' shelves in the near future, click on the following link! This figure will be available for Pre-Order soon, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for upcoming announcements in Sideshow's weekly newsletters!

They would typically put it up for preorder the following Thursday. I have no idea what is causing the delay this time...

If the LSB goes up for pre-order tonight, then Legolas will probably get the bench again. To go, at the very least, a month between teaser reveal and pre-order is a bit ridiculous.

I totally forgot he was in the NL. People were saying that there would need to be a preview first, but it looks like we already got one. Next stop is pre-order.
