Yeah, that skull is quite the letdown after waiting a month.

I was thinking the same thing.

I wonder if the low ES will drive people to order the exclusive anyways, even though it doesn't seem to be a must-have.

I don't get why there isn't a cloak, from the picture that the PF is based off of he is wearing a cloak. Possibly could they still include it? Have they ever included an extra accessory that wasn't an exclusive for a PF before?

There's no cloak because the backdrop is Moria [the rock base with orc skull are a dead giveaway]. He wasn't given the cloak until after the fellowship left the mines of Moria...so no, it's not going to happen.

Yeah it's definitely based off of him in the Mines of Moria, so I guess the exclusive makes sense even if it's a bit disappointing. I'm trying to decide if I want to even bother with the PPO or just get a regular instead, especially since it might be a little cheaper. At least we finally get to order him soon though!

Undecided as of yet on the ex. Frodo's skull on his base is 100% cooler and was standard.

Even though this is based on the mines of moria, i would luved to see an EX that wouldve been more exciting like some switch out arms with his daggers or something. they did it with lurtz, why not with legolas....

This is a really nice looking piece so far. If I were a Ringer I'd be all over it! The tunic and bow look great and the pose was a really good choice too.

I'm not worried about a cloak. Especially if the base is Moria. Admittedly the exclusive it not a must-have but then, exclusives shouldn't BE a must have (that doesn't change how angry I am that I missed the Uruk LSB Exclusive but thats another story).

There was a low edition size and people who weren't interested in it before pre-ordered it anyway for this reason.

I'm glad I don't collect busts because I would've been upset.

I'll be working when this PF goes up for pre-order so hopefully I'll still be able to get an exclusive. I wish the pre-orders were on a Saturday.

since the base is Moria and the bow and presumably quiver are both pre-Lothlorien, a cloak would've made no sense. Still, the skull isn't too exciting.
