Actually Mr. S someone posted on this thread that Sideshow did contact them regarding the change of Kurt's skin tone.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think he meant that they did inform us about Kurt but not about Roguehiney.

Yes. I was using the Nightcrawler change as an example of how Sideshow DID contact the pre-order customers about the change and offered them the opportunity to cancel their order if they were not happy with it. Why didn't they do the same for Rogue? I am guessing because a lot more money was at stake with Rogue compared to Nightcrawler.

I'm sure I'll be hearing from them anytime now. If not by today, then I'm sure I'll here something from them tomorrow. But I figure the longer it takes to get a response, maybe the better the outcome will be for most.

Well I left a Voice mail yesterday. What are the odds I dont hear back this week? i should probably just call them again.....

They disconnected me from live chat. Told me to wait and then didn't come back. LOL Nice. I was actually inquiring about Rogue PF Reg, but I had some others as well.

they dont sound too thrilled to pick up the phone. CS wont be able to do much other than listen to complaints. they dont know if the replacement stock suffers from the same problems, thats a whole different department that deals with that sort of thing and they havent told CS anything... so it doesnt do much good to call up for answers. i found that email is much more effective in getting the ball rolling in regards to a return or replacement.

2 calls? That's highly unlikely since so many people on the boards claimed to have called them. I know quite a few members who called in already. I don't mind them not letting out information about the actual number, but to make up that few and possibly lying to customers seems pretty bad.

That means there was one other call other than mine? hmm......

I called yesterday and like many of you that called and got no answer it was due to a customer service meeting they were having according to the rep I spoke too 30 mins later and confirm by MikeT. (customer service manager) I'm sure they had to speak about this rogue debacle

Interesting. yeah lets hope they pulled everyone off the floor and had a meeting about what the game plan is gonna be going forward.

I think you did fine. It's certainly a big improvement. I paint models, and that actually looks like fun. I need to find a Rogue head and paint it up. Somebody send me your Rogue head! Just kidding. :) Couldn't do much worse than SSC's factory.
