I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't hear anything until around Wednesday. Have feeling SSC gonna milk this as close to the 30 days return policy. Before this all said and done.

By them deliberately changing the pics on the website leads me to think SSC will not compensate us for anything. This is a real shame on how they are handling this whole mess.

Made reference to this awhile back about the swapping of proto pics. They are going to send out he reg head with the different eye positioning, and refer to the proto pics as the product we should be receiving. Probably having amnesia to what happen to the original proto pics...

They very rarely don't change the pics on a product page from the proto piece to the production piece when it ships.

Well look at things from that end. They still need to wait and see how many issues are reported. So it's going to be a slow process. I'm hoping most people have complained. Then again even people here have it listed on eBay so I doubt those people complained.

I haven't seen many statues where they CHANGE the gallery pics without announced changes to the statue, altho' I've seen a few where they add more.
Which Marvel pieces where no announced changes have been made have they changed the pics for?

Deception and lies only serves to alienate the loyal customer base. The fact remains that they sold out the Rogue EX by using photos of the Comic-con prototype statue and they didn't warn customers about all the alterations until after the statue shipped..
Then there's the problem of lack of QC..How did so many subpar Rogue pieces that look like they were painted by cross eyed 2nd graders get pass SS' stringent QC testing? That is another issue altogether...

Once she was released they changed the pics. I liked the original eyes better. So much sexier. They did not announce that they were changing the eyes.

They change the pics from the proto pics to the production pics on every piece as it ships or just before. Them doing this with the Rogue piece isn't something uncommon. So people complaining about pic changes really IMO have no argument because this isn't an uncommon event.
Now, people who got a statue with the eyes having an issue should be asking (like an adult) about something being done. That is more than fair because the eyes do mess up the overall look of this piece. The pics I've seen of the behind still look good. Them not having the full buttcrack IMO aren't a big deal because it still looks good.
