Has anyone figured out how they were able to make Luke as short, or even shorter than the Jedi Luke and not have the arms at a monkey-like length?
I think I know how. Sideshow used the "Big Boy" forearms. These forearms are shorter, and if you look closely at the wrist you'll see that it does not bend at all. It's completely straight. And the slot for the wrist joint is the same depth on each side, whereas the regular Sideshow forearm's wrist joint slot is deeper on one side.
I'll try and that picture tomorrow. But if you have a T2 Arnold and the Bespin Luke, just compare them. I think you'll agree with me.

Off topic but god i hope SS has a new Han in the works.(ANH preferably)

I'd rather have a Chewie :chew/Han two-pack.. but that'd be dreaming.
I'd certainly love to see a ANH Han released simultaneously with a Greedo (from the scum line)...maybe that'll be coming in 2008. With three Lukes, two Obis, and two Leias I think it's safe to say that a second Han must be in the works. I'd prefer a ANH iconic (hate to use the word but it suits) Han over a Hoth Han.
I think it's safe to say it is as well.

No pictures from me yet but a few thoughts. Overall Luke is a stellar home run. Head i guess is "accurate" sized but seems a bit pin headed to me. The hands are a pain to get on and off. My arms had the same issues, it seems to tighten the joints they added a hair more plastic and that is causing the non movement. I say this only because it looks like i have some deformation around the joints after warming them to get them to bend. Blaster barrel was bent, but doesn't really bother me. No issues with the belt or holster though and no saber issues with the ring. It is just designed for a VERY snug fit.

I recieved my Exclusive Luke over the weekend, and I am very pleased with what SSC gave us. IMO he is up there with Jedi Luke.
I had a few production issues though:
My Luke has missing/overpaint on the ride side of his hair.
His right hand peg is extremely loose, to the point of not being able to hold any of his accessories without going limp. Luke must have came from the same factory that Leia Boushh, and Faramir were painted in because my figs have those same paint issues.
Hopefully SSC will replace him.

Ohh my, I would NEVER say that Leia Boussh or Bespin Luke resemble Faramir for paint, Faramir was a tragedy, the other 2 look great.
As for the wrist pin, seems to me that's a common thing for people, I have it, I know others have it, it sucks for pistol and single hand saber poses, you can get around it for 2 handed sabers poses though. I might swap bodies though, it is annoying.

Man, I feel like I got off easy. My Luke has awesome joints and a very good wrist pin. The paint apps on mine are nowhere near the travesty that was Faramir and my Leia Boushh actually had great paint apps. 
My Luke is great but for the wrist, which is why I haven't done too many dynamic gun pose shots, there's only a few positions I can get him holding it in for a good ammount of time before oops his wrist dropped. If it happens to a lot of us, I'd say it's the particular run of Bucks for him all had something go on.

My Luke has been top notch overall. I'm very pleased , other than the fact that the gun broke off at the nozzle as I was trying to Holster it. What's the best way to get in touch with customer service? I've never had to before? Do you think I have to send the gun back , or the whole figure?

I think Leia Boussh has a great paint job.
But yea, Faramir is prolly the worst paint job of any SS figure.

That may be true. But it seems like there were 3 different grades to the production Faramir's every one got:
1) BAD
2) WORSE
3) abominable
(mine was #3)
