SSC 1:6 Bespin Luke Pics

Ya, the first Faramir I got and repainted wasn't even just glossy, the apps in general were sloppy and the gloss was sort of the last straw, the second one I got and kept with factory paint is a bit shiny, but it's ok.

Regardless, it makes me ill to even think of throwing Leia and Luke into the same category as him, they are beautiful figures.

Well, my wrists are fantasticly solid, ut my upper forearm is floppy on the right arm.... on the upside, i picked up a second luke body from Toyanxiety. Hopefully it will be better. either way, gives me a head to send to DA to get repainted as "i just got my ass kicked By vader" luke.

Ohh my, I would NEVER say that Leia Boussh or Bespin Luke resemble Faramir for paint, Faramir was a tragedy, the other 2 look great.

What I meant to state was that in my case, I recieved a Leia with very sloppy paint work. She is missing a noticeable amount of paint around both ears.(similar to my Bespin Luke)

As for Faramir I had to exchange my first Faramir due to the horrible glossy face paint, and a crushed box. My replacement Faramir has less gloss, but is missing a spot of paint above one of his brows, and has a noticeable lazy right eye.

All my other SSC Star Wars 12" figs with a slight exception to Bespin Han has great overall paint work.

Nah Pam gets that. Faramir's isn't as good as we expect but it isn't as awful as some make it out.

No, me liking LOTR is what makes me honest about this piece.

A few year or months that really doesn't play into it for me. I've got them both and am just going off of what I see in hand.

I have to say... Faramir is worse. Pam was bad, Willow was bad. Faramir is damn awful.

And it's a pain to repaint.

Wow, I can't believe I just went through 90 pages!!! Kinda disappointed that the majority of the pics happened in the later batch!


Oh well, here's my offering. But my pics are sucky because my luke's upper right elbow joint is completely stuck! It's like... not a separate piece. It really bites.

Does anyone else have a hole in the pants problem?

This is as far as his right elbow can go.

Great pics, shame about the pants and arm, you should contact SS about getting a replacement.

Blow your elbow with a hair dryer for a minute or so. That should take care of that problem.
