Thanks guys! I used a sanding sponge to get the frays on the shoulders, a bit on the arms and chest as well. I'll probably go back and work some more on the pockets. I watched the film this morning to get the damage locations right and I remember one of the front pockets being torn almost off but not sure yet... The shoulders were ripped pretty good on both sides, so no worries there.

Should make for some very nice pics once my Hurricane Vader comes.

I didn't care for the oversized collar, so I used some transparent thread and made it roughly half the size.

Looks A LOT better. Jedi Luke has this problem, too. That's another thing SSC makes too large.

I just finished repainting mine today too. Not a beat up version but an improvement (in my eyes at least) nonetheless.

Took a couple more shots tonight playin' with the light a bit...

This sculpt really is pretty impressive...
Had an old friend join him...

As other shots have demonstrated more effectively, it's really cool how these figures are at the correct height with one another...looks really good.

Now if only we had a Hoth Leia on the horizon to join this pair....

Mine was split when I opened the box. I still haven't glued it closed yet. But yeah, some QC issues...

Thanks a lot everyone!! I'm just so happy to have a Bespin Luke on the shelf, especially one that is so well put together and now bearing my own paint. The holster is an issue, but I still love this damn figure.
