Michael Crawford's and D.Martin's spouses must be very understanding! (Not to mention Steve Sansweet's)

My wife is incredibly understanding as well. I'm very lucky.
My office at home is packed to the gills with stuff and she's also OK with me displaying the majority of the SS 1/6 stuff in our family/tv room.

Some of us hit the jackpot--- a great hobby and a spouse that not only understands but encourages us to live on as that inner 12-year old.:D

Well I have to say that I lucked out because the girl Im with now, and should be with for a long while, actually went so far as to get my Bespin Luke from my porch and keep it at her place while my family and I were away over Thanksgiving and she doesn't mind me getting all the ones I have mostly because its stuff she likes too. Definitely a keeper.

Got mine today in the uk and its the best luke yet imo.
Put the clothes on a hot toys body and now i am going to have the head repainted by figure master les :-D

Hee I love my girl, she even posts here on occasion.
She's got a few figures of her own, ( dark crystal jen and kira, with samwise on the way) bBut she likes the statues more.

Back on topic... i do agree, I wish HT had a shorter body...

Well i wish i had a girlfriend :monkey2
BBBUUUUTTTT i have some thing better

last night i made a hot toys shorter body for my luke bespin.
I only made him a cm shorter. He is next to a norm size body i am going to be using for the custom arnie head i wil be getting soon.

all i did was saw his legs off and then cut a cm off. it was actually easy because the part below the srew on the leg is hollow.
Just got to put a bit of filler in the cracks and sand it and it will be finished
:D

I am working on a quick fix Dagobah, Bespin arrival Luke for Pjam... thought I would post some in work shots. So far, Luke is done. Just needs clear coat and gloss. But all I did was redo the eyebrows and eyes, added some hair details, repainted the lips and weathered the clothing. Quick job. He will soon have a repainted Hasbro Yoda perched on his back. :rock

I'm loving it Josh, great stuff. Fixing Luke's wonky eyes were absolutely key for me as I always believed the sculpt was very good, and it shows.

Being able to pose it as a Dagobah or Besbin Luke now makes it all the more versatile, can't wait to see the finished product Bro...

Anyone needing an eye tweak, I highly recommend it, makes all the difference. :D

I think that is the real strength of this figure. The possibilities. You can have him either way, Bespin Pre fight, Bespin Post fight or Dagobah Luke. It's awesome. :rock

Your weathering looks fantastic grizzlelee...

That first shot makes me think some force-thrown boxes are gonna smack him any second! Looks great!
