So is it safe to say from you sig your on the hunt for a Spidey, Spidey? Lol would only make sense with your name and all.

Those old pieces are so awesome but way out of my price range. If there is one I would ever consider its the Captian America PF. So epic but I can't even figure out what a fair price is for one let alone trust that I would get one that was not damaged or something. It hard buying something so valuable over the Internet from someone who is not a reputable dealer. I would just be to nervouse.

There are some great sellers here on the board and with ebay you have to look at their rating. Ebay also almost always sides with the buyer so there is little to worry about there is someone tried to scam you.

Yeah I guess. I just have to look into it more. Right now theres one on eBay for almost $2000 if that's a legitimate price for that piece then I'll never own one and that's fine, I understand supply and demand. I'll just have to do my homework and hopefully that's an unrealistic price.

There have been a few on sale here n the board for $1000-$1200, Cap PFs I mean. However, yeah I am considering the Spidey Com... However with a new classic Spidey coming out, and maybe an AMAZING Spiderman 2 PF coming out (he is in a classic costume in this movie), I might just choose to wait it out. Not sure though... As the Com is getting tempting

P.S. if I do ever brake down and get the Com I will try with a boardie first... They tend to be very reasonable with their prices

Well if that's what a Cap PF goes for it will be a while if ever that I get one. But on a brighter note I have a Batman EX on the way and if eBay is any indication they are already pricy so I am lucky I ordered when I did. Lots of reg still avaiable I am sure though so I doubt this will reach the same prices as the early marvel pieces but I could be wrong.

If Joker PF Ex is any indication, the prices will continue to inflate in anticipation of the release. Once it comes out, prices will come down to reasonable prices.

$500-$550. I think I even saw one for sale here with an asking price of $400 + shipping. Very good price. Once the Bats PF is released, I think you'll start to see the prices on the Joker rise.

A Joker Ex on here goes for about $400-$550. Batman will be higher just because of the fact that his retail price is higher

I have seen Reg Jokers going for as little as $300 on here.

The Hulk Maquette's eyebrow puts it under Batman for me. I would consider Wolverine lsf and Superman bust if they turn out great as strong contenders for statue of the year.

I don't know when the Doom LSF will be released but that masterpiece has got to get serious consideration for statue of the year. It is mindblowingly good. It quite possibly may qualify as the best statue ever made IMHO. The size and details on that piece are outstanding.
