@joshatron - not going to make this long. Lol sorry to everyone for the super read too. Batman in in DKR (Returns not Rises) ALWAYS knew what was going on in Gotham. Thats him, he never gives up and never loses focus even when others (the US Govt in this case) want him to stop. Always ready, always vigilant. But yeah, hurry it up already with the PF

It never hurts to ask, but if you don't have any luck keep an eye out in the For Sale section. These will start to come up once they are released.

Well I initially missed out too but managed to secure one through a fellow Freak. So it does happen. Superman was my FIRST PO for SSC directly, and I have a Gladiator Hulk on PO as well. So it seems we have a lot in common...

Well if you check the boards Deadpools are already up for sale, and the for sale section has a bunch of Ex Jokers up.... And they are not at a huge markup. I am sure you can secure one if you are patient. Though we collectors are not typically all that patient... Or at least I'm not ....lol

Im always really worried about preordering something on ebay this early in fear of losing my money. But i just scored an EX Batman for 408.10 shipped! Now lets hope its an honest seller cause im thinking at that price they actually lose a few dollars

When did you score that m8?? Keep something in mind you are OUTSIDE the PayPal protection period at 45 days.... This guy could scam you. There aren't really POs on eBay.

While we were conversing, i was bidding. Yes, thats exactly why i said it worries me doing that. But ive been successful before, and never been scammed (knock on wood). Plus the auction description stated that after within the 45 day period, if buyer feels uncomfortable with waiting then they would offer full refund.

I hope you can see it, but that seller has had about 10-15 different Batman ex's "sold", many at a loss. Seems a bit too good to be true (or else I'd order one haha)

I would advise you to take a screen shot of that des riptide right now do he can't edit it in the future... Or before it goes down. Also, in the end you will still be beyond the window so be careful m8... I really hope it works out for you though

Auctions can't be edited after they are won, so there's no trouble there. The real problem is, as you touched on earlier, the 45 day window

Well i suppose ill be the test subject here for everyone. I really have to either cancel it or cross my fingers and hope for the best. Ive emailed the seller asking about the 10+ Batmans she has sold.

This person also has one up for preorder and has sold a bunch already.
