prefer not to sell on ebay,so they contact us,and we do that

Usually I have access to 12 statues.If they are very limited

Well Cartman here is the thing.... Most stores who all the statues do NOT the Excusives because they have to pay full price like the rest of us. Therefore they would charge a lot more to sell these at a premium and make a profit. I can't see them giving them to this Amber to sell them at a loss over and over again.

Well Cartman here is the thing.... Most stores who all the statues do NOT the Excusives because they have to pay full price like the rest of us. Therefore they would charge a lot more to sell these at a premium and make a profit. I can't see them giving them to this Amber to sell them at a loss over and over again.

Im not quite sure how or why shes able to do this, but she just let me know that she would refund me my money within the 45 day window and then resell it to me again for the same price just to keep my buyers protection in tact. That alone has me comfortable with it.

I am hearing what your saying to me, and i definitely agree that its a shot in the dark and a serious risk of losing my money. But unless i come by another way of acquiring this for around the selling price of $399.99, maybe i just got fortunate and it will work out. We shall see, and for the record im JUST as optimistic as everyone else. you all definitely have me thinking its too good to be true

In the end if she will simply keep refunding your money within the 45 day window, and the recharge you, and then go through the same process over and over again if necessary thEn you should be fine m8, and I REALLY do wish you the best of luck.

Wow, are message boards all the same or what... That answer might be the most overused, 99% incorrect post used when someone does something out of the norm or risky.

1. not a newbie to eBay

2. not a newbie to collecting, or the boards, just to being a posting member

3. i've never been screwed by an eBay seller, lets hope this isn't the first time. And if not, at the end of the day, i'll have bought my Exclusive for less then anyone that pre-ordered from Sideshow. OR... i'll be broke with no statue, and you'll all laugh at my loss when it happens.
