The guy hasn't responded about the belt issue.

The Belt Issue: The Issue we had no idea would be an issue with the statue!

Is the emblem high enough .

That's the thing, the emblem appears too low because his head ends up so high in comparison to where his shoulders are

I'm still of the mind that the cape isn't seated right. I could be totally wrong.. Then again, you have a dude who didn't put the belt on the thing...

I've got Poison Ivy and Storm, and they look pretty comparable in size. I think Batman is just a behemoth. 1:3.5 indeed. Not sure I like that aspect of the statue. We'll know more when more pics start to surface.

No slot is visible in the foam, unless is under the cape, why wouldn't he have it on? Dead pool had his vest harness on.

No, I get you, man. If you posed him without the cape, it'd look about right. It's like they put a cape in between the torso and the head.

Again, I'm crossing fingers it a seating issue. If not, it doesn't totally bother me, but I understand if it bothers some people.
