Well if some people are ok when they receive an armpit like that, i don't think Sideshow will bother to send replacement body or return it to the factory, especially after one year and half of wait...

If i receive an armpit like this it's: better replacement or full refund.

Batman sure looks tan on his face. But anyways will the pit qualify for a partial refund to keep this? There is a kind of screw up in qc.

SS May or may not do anything but we don't know unless people give the feedback.

What I don't like is the bat symbol placement, the seemingly darker skin and the shirt seems. I also didn't like Storm's face much until I got it and saw it in person. So I'll see if any of my opinions change when he gets here next week.

The armpit seems are the only thing awkward enough that I'd contact SS. The shirt seems aren't even in the same place as they were in the proto pics and the con pieces. Whose to say what SS will do if enough people who don't like it can stop their activity here long enough to request replacements.

You can sell it if you don't like it, but SS doesn't get the message if you don't ask for a replacement first.

I could've done a better seam line. I'm insulted that they expect us to accept such a half a$$ job. I hope mine turns out better, but even if it does, I'll be upset for what they've given other people for their hard earned money.

I really think at the very least, if everyone gets the saggy armpits, we need to ask for replacements or full/partial refunds. That's what I'm going to prob do. I prob won't ask for full refund if it's just the pits though.

I think with this Bats PF, it will come down to which angle that you display it from. It would appear that the statue looks epic from some angles and less so from another. Where one would disagree would be that when spending $400 on a statue, it should look good from every angle...and this is very true

I was one of those sceptics regarding the Bats PF and all its issues regarding the giraffe neck, weird cape defect on his right shoulder and the awkward thigh position but still decided to pull the trigger nonetheless due to it being the first Bats PF...after Sideshow later removed the embossed logo for the printed one, it kind of made things worse and was on the verge of cancelling. However, after being encouraged by a few freaks and also the fact that I had waited this long already for it, I felt it only fair to wait until I received it hand and judge it with my own eyes and then make a decision.

Now that we've seen one or two inhand pics (albeit some dodgy ones) I really feel like cancelling my order again as the arm pit issue, giraffe neck, seam lines, printed logo, etc... is just putting me off so want to offer the opportunity to another who will appreciate it more but alas....today is the day it ships out and I fear its too late to cancel

They should offer replacements. They did not come through with the product they showed us. Maybe mine will be different, but I doubt it.

sheesh what ever happened to doing sample quality check on production pieces before pushing it to regular production?

this has become a trend and SS might see new players in this 1/4 scale production game

Sorry if someone don't like bad opinions , but there are bugs and changes that are easy to see, if you are hoping that some guy receives it and take photos with a great camera so it seems well, you are just lying yourselves

I'm not going to cancel, but if comes bad ....i ask for explanations and a full refund
