Re: Sideshow Batman PF?

You don't think I will lose money on it though right?

Is it possible ... Yeah, BUT the Joker PF has been going fairly consistently for $50-$100 above retail on EBay, and that doesn't include shipping. It has been going for aou $399. Also this is BATMAN, and the first SSC Bat. However, if you think you are going to want to sell it to get the Arkham one you could wait it out to SEE what the Arkham one looks like. Just keep a close eye on the Batman PF product page, and watch for the low quantity alert because when it co ES of this PF the PF is going to move FAST. the fence sitters will take the leap.

Re: Official Sideshow Batman PF

Spidey if the in hand pics of Superman come back with glowing reviews you think you will pull the trigger? Supes and bats belong together.

The Guardians: From 'Museum' to 'Premium'...

OMG it makes that museum one look like Robn dressed in the suit....lol

I would think so bit you never know. Also don't forget Spazzy makes custom hands that can help add value to yourself and another collector. I have the EX and and I'm tempted to order one his customs.

I LOVE this piece. He is STELLAR!!!!

Do you think the lady was fibbing when she said they fixed the leaning issue then? Oh well I'll have to get some fixer pads. Not the end of the world.
Well it is possible that they put more pads under the base, BUT it is an easy fix. If you look at my pic I shimmed him with cardboard and the tippyness was gne, and then I just slid the pads under the oneside (never even took off the adhesive backing). No issues anymore.

I LOVE SUPES, and I had him on order, but I took the plung with Bats, and for right now that is all I can swing. I would LOVE to get Superman, so if he is delayed you NEVER know.

I think I'm gonna pull the trigger. These pictures are just too cool. I just wish the face was like the proto.

I PERSONALLY prefer the paint job on the portraits for my PF over that of the prototype. I love the darkened scruffy look. Also, just so you KNOW the pics do NOT do this justice. Berserker had some AWESOME ones. If I can find them I will post them again.

"Criminals are a superstitious cowardly lot, so my disguise must be able to strike terror into their hearts. I must become a creature of the night, black, terrible... I will become the Batman" (Detective Comics #33, November 1939). Little did original writers Bill Finger and Gardner Fox and artists Bob Kane and Sheldon Moldoff ever dream that those ominous words would ultimately serve to benchmark the introduction of the world's most famous caped crusader and dark knight detective. For 75 years, the Batman has thrilled fans of all ages, from one corner to the globe to the other, always leaving them clamoring for more.

Sideshow collectibles proudly presents its most eagerly awaited Premium Format since it first opened its doors two decades ago - The Batman.

Pictures provided by Armored_Berserk (Laurent) from France. He deserves a big round of applause!

For another comparison, here's the 'latest and greatest' with the 'grand-daddy' of all Batman statues...
