No, Sideshow emailed everyone that ordered more than one just making sure they meant to order more than 1 due to the site errors. So if anyone had ordered over the limit they would have cancelled them then.
Almost 2 months since the last reply, are folks just not liking this guy much?
Personally I cannot wait to get my hands on this one, it was one of my favourites as a kid and I think SS have done a tremendous job with this one.
I'm still hoping I can grab some of the accessories and clothing from TA so I can put the ex head to use. Hate having excess pieces sitting around. If I can, the extra head would make either another Viper or a Televiper.

I don't think there was anyone who didn't like him but with so much activity recently with Hawk, Zartan, RnR, and SDCC, he's been kinda on the back burner. But I'm very much looking forward to getting him.
Like we do with every figure, we're saving our giddiness for the processing notice.
I am more pumped for this than Hawk. And that's a fact, Jack!

The Cobra Viper is the only figure I want to purchase multiples of. I have one each of the Cobra Trooper, Officer, and Sniper, but I don't feel the need to have multiples of them because of the same head sculpt each version shares. Now, if different head sculpts were offered, that'd be another thing, but they're not. I was hoping I would be able to use the head sculpt from the TTA I used for Snake Eyes on an Officer's head, but the Cobra Officer’s helmet won't fit on that Dominic Purcell head sculpt. Haven't ordered the Desert Sniper, and I won't, unless Hastings has a sale. I bashed another Red Ninja purchasing parts from TA and using Snake Eyes old body, but didn't feel the need to purchase one.
As for the Vipers, there are so many variations available to differentiate them. You can use the multiple patches to designate separate squads. You could have versions with battle helmet head; battle helmet head with red bandanna; EX head; EX head with red bandanna; EX head with goggles; EX head with goggles and bandanna...yes, they’re all the same sculpt, but the goggles and bandanna are enough to differentiate them IMO. I'm hoping that when these ship the EXs come back in stock so I can use some Reward Points.
Best troop builder yet. With the options of Battle Helmet, goggled unmasked, un-goggled balaclava, goggled balaclava, etc., multiple Vipers are no problem.
You could actually use any number of heads to fit onto multiples, doesn't have to be the exclusive. I really do like the exclusives extra head though but I doubt very much I'll be able to get one so I'll have to make do with the normal version but yes, I agree I might get a couple of these guys.
You're right, but with EX heads, you could do at least four seperate variations you couldn't do otherwise. Maybe I need six Vipers minimum to have the six variations pictured!
I hope Sideshow follow up with SAW Vipers, Alley Vipers, and Night Vipers. I could do without the wacky Range Vipers, though, and the Frag Vipers
I do like that sculpt a lot (so if anyone gets an extra let me know) so I may have to chance my arm on ebay.
As for other Vipers, I'd love to see a tele-viper.
Jump on the waitlist. With how these guys are coming back in stock there's a great chance it'll convert.
I can't order direct from SSC, well I can but every time I order from the US I get stung by customs, so I have to try obtain my figures from other outlets.

I'm sorry but that exclusive is just too goofy looking to me. Sure I get the whole historical apsect of it but I think it looks sillier than a guy wearing a helmet with goggles on. Yeah, that goofy.
