This meeting happened after IG-88 ended his career at cloud city ;-)

(...and yes I know it might just be the same model, not the actual IG-88)

Well, as the EU is not canon anymore, your story is as good as any ;-)
A Dengar movie would be awesome. But it’s probably not gonna happen in our lifetime [emoji28]

Dude, I agree that a Dengar movie would be awesome, just not live action. Given that many are still butt-hurt over The Last Jedi, and rightly so (though I loved it personally, i get the hate too), the Solo movie trailer dropped with the deafening sound of silence........I think Disney needs to consider high quality CGI animated movies to tell the stories of smaller characters, like Dengar.

So, I am now 46 years old, and when ESB hit I was, what? 11 going on 12, and Dengar the Kenner figure hit the next year....so I was 13 when I discovered my love of middle aged men whose head is wrapped in a towel.........I find it amazing that Kenner bothered to do a figure at all, and one that was amazingly accurate (compare him to the ESB tie Pilot). Even the Behind the scenes people seemed to only take a handful of pictures of the dude.........And while Sideshow took their sweet ass time in finishing the bounty hunters, they did so with a BANG!

I am gonna call it now in Feb, that Dengar is tied for 1st place as my personal 1:6 figure of the year. The other being the AMAZING HT Tarkin figure. And no, the paint job on Dengar isn't as complex as what HT can do but for sideshow, this is an amazing effort. Glad I preordered their Mythos ben.
