I am thinking of the "possibility of the line ending posts". They are pretty harmless but are attacked by nam and deleted by Khev as if they are personal attacks and then nam's personal attacks are tolerated. Take the road I did, step up and ignore the children.

I've never deleted a single post referencing the possibility of the Joe line ending. And I've deleted more of nam's posts than everyone else combined. The reason you don't know that is because you don't see them after the're gone. We can't be here all the time and every so often we'll miss something that we would have otherwise have addressed. Back to Flint.

Awesome, more "lack of interest" posts!!

Those posts always crack me up. :lol

As far as flint goes I wouldn't mind seeing a Tiger Stripe version someday. I kind of liked it when they did the figures like that as a kid.

I agree with those that say Joe's don't need a PPO. The line is doing well from all signals but I don't think the ordering for them gets crazy enough where the servers get a major overload. Classic Cobra Commander could cause that but outside of something like that I don't think so.

You know I could a see a tiger force flint, or duke being the SDCC exclusive this year. I might even bite if it was done well.

It is a little surprising that it took so long to sell through 650 but then again the economy still sucks. Also the initial hype of the line is about spent now so it is just the dedicated Joe fan that is still around and willing to drop this kind of money on figures.

What I really liked about the Tiger Force release was that the original molds were released again, so it was almost a second chance of getting the old casting of some original Joe's if you didn't get the first original version. Or having both versions in some cases of my figs.

is he gonna be dressed in drag and dancing with timber?

Boy George variant FTW! :rock:rock:rock

:lol :rotfl :lol :rotfl :lol I soooooooo forgot about that (mental block? :huh) Go to 4:00 minutes in and enjoy.....

That would be cool! I'd get that for sure. :rock It would make sense too for a SDCC figure something that can be skipped if folks wanted but gotten if they do want it.

Tiger Force Flint would be a tough sell for some (self included, and I'm probably the biggest Flint fan around). However, they could release one of those generic "Buck" bodies with a Joe logo, call it "small arms practice dummy," and if it is an SDCC exclusive, it would probably sell out.

I never liked the Tiger Force version as a kid, actually. Currently don't even have one in my collection.

Obviously, Joe completists will buy anything, but I have difficulties imagining people getting particularly excited about a Flint repaint, into Cobra Trooper, Tiger Force, Night Force, or whatever. Repaints of the masked guys might be a better sell, I think.

"Red Ninja" would seem the most obvious move, IMO--"repaint" of Storm Shadow with one of the trooper heads repainted red.

Lets take it out of reference as to SS making a Tiger Force Flint and selling it to the collecting world and lets just talk about if you and only you would want TFF because you are a fan :lecture :lol
